Introduction

Account Registration

Deposits & Payments

bat393 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) exclusively. All account balances, wagering activity, bonus amounts, and winnings are denominated in PKR. The following payment methods are accepted for deposits:

Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your bat393 account are subject to the following conditions:

• A minimum of one successful deposit must have been made on your account before a withdrawal request will be processed.
• Your identity must be fully verified before bat393 will process your first withdrawal. This requires submission and approval of identity and address verification documents as described in Section 2.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name that matches the identity information on your bat393 account. bat393 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

bat393 offers various bonus and promotional programmes to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms attached to the individual promotion:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. The applicable wagering multiplier and qualifying games are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonus expiry: All bonuses have an expiry date. Any bonus funds and associated winnings that have not been withdrawn or used within the specified period will be forfeited automatically.

Gaming Rules

All games available on bat393 — including slots, live dealer table games, Playtech Live titles, Jackpot Fishing, and sports betting markets including cricket and PSL — are governed by the rules specific to each game or market. General gaming conditions applicable across all bat393 products are as follows:

• All slot and RNG game outcomes are determined by a certified random number generator (RNG). bat393 does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.
